WOW! This dry weather has kicked my ass with allergies. I know I know…we never seem to be 100 percent satisfied. It seems it’s always a trade off. Best thing I ever did years ago was get to an allergist, go on shot therapy and try to feel better. I was getting sinus infections every 90 days which of course had me on antibiotics quite a bit. Not a good thing. Well, since I was on shot therapy after the first six months I suffered from the runny nose, itchy eyes, etc. BUT …..NO infections. After the first year you go from shots every week to every month. After 5 years of that I graduated and was on my way. Even though I feel like crap during days like this I still, to this day have not been on an antibiotic in over 5 years! A win win. I believe it helped thru all the covid days. I feel that if I was on those antibiotics my system bay have been more vulnerable to the virus. Who knows. Either way, especially in the spring I suffer from the aches, feeling fatigued, itchy eyes, etc. BUT the therapy did do the trick for me. You know I was hard up for something because I can pass out at the site of a needle. Wishing you the best of luck during the spring allergy season. We will get thru this.
