We all know that this time of year is HIGH GEAR for grilling. My new interest is that of the world of smoking meats. I’ve never done so and my interest is growing bigger. My problem is …what KIND of smoker to get? Electric, Wood, Pellets. As always with me I HATE decisions so the research starts online. You Tube is my friend with this kind of stuff. My Daughter’s boyfriend to me, is expert level. I’ve been looking at possibly getting one of the electric ones that look like a dorm refrig BUT as of late I’m leaning towaard the pellet ones which is what Kyle has. What do YOU have if you are in this “meat candy” world? I’m sure I will make a decision like I always do which should put me in to the timeline of about August. Either way…looking online this past weekend of all the briskets, ribs, pork may speed up the process! Wish me luck and don’t be afraid to give me a call in the studio with a suggestion.
