So what’s your absolute GO-TO most favorite thing to cook on the grill? Not only for the “delicious” factor but for prep as well. I have friends that pride themselves on the art of grilling. I guess we can ad smoking meats as well. It is an art. The way you marinate the meat, the way you cook it on the grill whether direct or in-direct. The way you smoke the meat or prep it the day before for the smoker. What kind of meats do you specialize in. I’ve not found one “cook” that has mastered ALL meats. Usually it’s “I make the best steaks” or “my steak is incredible”, chicken, beef and yes the ever popular BRATS!!! Maybe we need to get some photos of you at the grill.
